How To Order
You can purchase our yarns directly through this website. Some will still be available through our etsy shop.
We accept Paypal, as well as credit cards through Paypal.
We also accept money orders or bank drafts and your products will ship once payment has been received.
Taxes
In Canada we have to charge sales tax, based on your province of residence. If your province has separate PST and GST, we only charge you GST. If your province has HST, sorry, but they are forcing us to charge the entire HST amount!
Shipping
If you are going to be in Banff, drop me a line and I’d be happy to meet you so you can pick up your order in person.
Flat Ship Rate- we have a flat shipping rate for up to 2 skeins of yarn, in any weight. Canada and US – 5.00 flat ship rate. Unfortunately we can’t provide this for other International orders.
We ship via Canada Post. If you prefer a different shipping method, please let us know with your order. We will get a shipping cost for your preferred method and charge your account the difference between that and Canada Post. Or alternately, fill in our contact form and ask about shipping, letting us know what yarns you want, before placing your order and we’ll get back to you quickly. Then you can place an order knowing what your shipping costs will be.
International – we need to provide a custom quote for international shipments based on your location. Any customs charges applied when the parcel reaches its destination will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy! If there’s a problem please let us know your concerns. Returns need to be in original condition, unused, with tags. We’ll be happy to refund your purchase price, less shipping costs. If you prefer you can exchange it for a different product. All return shipping costs will be at your expense.
